Khan Sahib Khan Bahadur Khan

      1764 - 1766 Khan Sahib Khan Bahadur Khan, Regent of Malerkotla, second son of Nawab Jamal Khan, Nawab of Malerkotla, by his first wife, Nawab Inayat Begum Sahiba, educ. privately. Became Regent for his minor nephew, after the death of his elder brother, 1764. Usurped sovereignty soon afterwards. Lost Jarg, Payal and Isru to the combined attacks of Patiala and Kapurthala. m. 1764, a lady from the Malerkotla family. He was k. in a skirmish with Maharaja Amar Singh of Patiala, near Mansurpura, 1766 (bur. Shahi Muqbara, Malerkotla), having had issue, two sons:

1) Sahibzada Himmat Khan. He d. 1831
2) Sahibzada Daler Khan [Zafar Khan]. He d. 1832
